What are my options if I am having issues with SK8Lytz?

How do I extend the Battery Life of my SK8Lytz?
- Dim brightness of mode in use
- Use modes with less white light and active LEDs
- Use music modes, chasing modes or other sequential LED modes
How do I mount HALOZ-SOULZ to my Roller skates?

How do I reconnect RF Remote Control?
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your Phone
- Install the ZENNGE App on your phone.
- Open the app and let it discover both skate devices\controllers.
- Once you see two controllers in the app. LONG PRESS on the first controller and choose "Device Information" then go to "2.4G remote control setting" and change to "Open all remote control" and click the back arrow until you are at the main screen again.
- Now repeat the same steps on the other controller.
- After that test that BOTH units are now responding to the RF Remote in sync.
- Now Lock Down RF Remote Control
- To do that all you need to do is power off both units with the physical power button.
- Then power them back on and within 5 seconds hold and press the "ON" button on the RF remote and keep holding until you see BOTH units blink 3 times.
Now you should be able to control both devices with the RF Remote.
What do I do if I can't connect to my SK8Lytz?
- Make sure bluetooth is enabled. No pairing necessary as these use bluetooth mesh
- Ensure you are using the latest version of the Zengge app
- Force Close and Restart ZENGGE APP
What is your refund policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Are SK8Lytz Waterproof or Water Resistant?
NO, SK8Lytz are not waterproof and are designed for Indoor Use Only
Are SK8Lytz recommended to be used outside or on a skate park?
NO, SK8Lytz are not designed for Outdoor Use
Do you offer Neogleamz products outside of the USA?
No, We exclusively ship within the United States
