Warranty Coverage

Neogleamz warrants that your product ("Product") will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for thirty (90) days from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Neogleamz will, at its discretion:
- Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts,
- Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value, or
- Provide a refund of the original purchase price.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect.
- Cosmetic damage including but not limited to scratches, dents, or discoloration.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized service providers.
- Exposure to sand.
- Exposure to water or any other liquid.


⚠️ IMPORTANT: This warranty is void if the Product is exposed to or damaged by moisture, water, or any other liquid — regardless of the source or extent of exposure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neogleamz’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund described above. Neogleamz disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Neogleamz is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of Kansas USA.
